By using the Bare Bites & Beverages website and online ordering service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Online ordering
Orders placed through this website are for in-person pickup at the specified food truck stop during the selected time slot. We do not offer delivery. By placing an order, you confirm you will be present at the pickup location during your chosen time window.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through Square, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable Florida state and local taxes.
Cancellations and refunds
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed and paid.
If the truck cannot fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control (cancellation of a scheduled stop, equipment failure, weather), we will provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you experience a quality issue with your order, please contact us through our social media channels and we will make it right.
Order accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We will prepare your items as specified at checkout, including any customizations. We are not responsible for errors in orders caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
We prepare food in an environment that handles common allergens including tree nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. Cross-contamination is possible. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
Scheduled stops
Stop schedules are subject to change due to weather, private events, equipment issues, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes via our social media channels. We are not liable for inconvenience caused by stop cancellations or rescheduling.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Bare Bites & Beverages name, polar bear logo, brand imagery, and copy — is the property of Bare Bites & Beverages and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare Bites & Beverages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
