How it started
Founded in Levy
Bare Bites & Beverages started with a simple idea: people around here deserved food that was actually good for you — colorful, filling, and made from real ingredients, no matter what time of day you were hungry.
We built out a truck, worked out every recipe from scratch, and hit the road. No franchise playbook, no bags of mystery powder. Just us, our blenders, a grill, and a route through the towns we know.
Today you'll find us at local businesses, community events, and neighborhood spots across Ocala, Crystal River, Dunnellon, Williston, and beyond — serving Marion, Levy, and Alachua Counties. Check the schedule and come find us.
